Rock Groups

Our Rock Groups are small gatherings of eight to twelve adults (kids are added numbers) who meet monthly or weekly for the purpose of fellowship and Bible reading. Sunday morning worship is centered intentionally on Jesus – and our Rock Groups are centered upon the community that comes out of the worship experience. We don’t want you coming to church for twenty-some-odd years – looking around – and saying, “I don’t know these people!”

We believe that we, as the church, have been called to worship together – and therefore, to know each other. Rock Groups help to better facilitate “doing life together”.

“And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayers.” Acts 2:42 (HCSB)

Selah Ladies Home Fellowship

The ladies of Rockwood Church meet bimonthly, the first Monday of the month, at a different home each time.  This is a fantastic way for RC Ladies to connect with one another, on a spiritual level and a more personal level.  This group will enjoy a biblical devotion relevant to women of faith and, usually, a topic of interest.  Ladies, come join in on the fellowship.  For more information call the church office at 615-582-0726.  Brandy Ogle leads this Rock Group.

Anna’s Angels

A ladies gathering at a local restaurant, once a month during the daylight hours.  Anna’s Angels is named after one of the Dream Team members who started out with us to found Rockwood Church, but did not live to see it’s launching.  Anna Pharris prayed for, supported, and believed God for the church to launch well, we commemorate her here!

This is a time of fellowship and a meal.  This group is meant for women of faith to be able to stop their hectic pace and simply enjoy each other’s company.  The leaders of this group are Diann Cannady & Janice Littrell.  If you are interested, contact the church office at 615-582-0726.

Wildfire Youth Ministry

Wildfire Youth Ministry is where teens grade 6-12 can experience an exciting and dynamic ministry geared especially for them.

Jon and Shara Baulsir are our Youth Directors. Our meetings are every other Sunday @ 7 pm at the Bausir home in Gallatin. For more information and to RSVP (so we have enough eats) contact the church office @ 615-582-0726.
