Connect Groups

“And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayers.” Acts 2:42 (HCSB)

Our Connect Groups are small gatherings of eight to twelve adults (kids are added numbers) who meet monthly or weekly for the purpose of fellowship and Bible reading. Sunday morning worship is centered intentionally on Jesus – and our Rock Groups are centered upon the community that comes out of the worship experience. We don’t want you coming to church for twenty-some-odd years – looking around – and saying, “I don’t know these people!”  We believe that we, as the church, have been called to worship together – and therefore, to know each other. Connect Groups help to better facilitate “doing life together”.


Tables of Eight: Four Different Groups meet on a monthly basis (Wed, Thurs, and Sat.)

Selah Ladies Home Fellowship: RC Ladies meet bimonthly, the first Monday of the month.

Rockwood’s Mighty Men: RC Men meet at different times in different places on a bimonthly basis.

Anna’s Angels: RC Ladies meet once a month in the daytime.

*Anna’s Angels is named after one of the Dream Team members who started out with us to found Rockwood Church, but did not live to see it’s launching.  Anna Pharris prayed for, supported, and believed God for the church to launch well, we commemorate her here!
